Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. Why is it important to clean our fingers before pricking?
We use our hands for everything, so significant bacteria can build up on the fingers over time. Once pricked, this can enter the body, causing infection and disease.
Further, dirty fingers may result in an inaccurate blood glucose reading.
3. What are the benefits of alcohol free wipes?
Alcohol free wipes will clean your skin without interfering with your blood glucose reading.
4. What are the active ingredients in the wipes?
The active ingredient in the wipes is a 2% chlorhexidine gluconate solution.
Do NOT use if allergic to chlorhexidine gluconate.
5. How big is a single packet?
Each packet is 5cm x 10cm wide, making it perfect for travel. There are 25 wipes in each packet.
6. Can I use these wipes elsewhere on my body?
Yes, feel free to use our wipes to clean other parts of the body and items.
However, avoid using wipes in sensitive areas such as the mouth, eyes, ears and avoid ingesting the wipes.
