All purchases can be exchanged or refunded within 30-days if unused. If you would like to replace an item with a different model we simply charge or refund any difference in cost. Once we have confirmed your refund, we may ask that you send your purchase back to our office for review. If so, you will need to wait for us to receive and review your item before processing a return (average time is 2 business days). 

Glucology® was launched by IBD Medical® in 2017. It is a premier brand of diabetes support products designed to make condition management better, faster, and easier. Each item in the Glucology® range has been designed to be better, easier, or more cost-effective for people living with diabetes than existing available products. With a focus on ease, speed and portability, the Glucology® team hope to improve the lives of our customers by making conditions management easier, faster and less disruptive. Today, Glucology® products can be found not just in Australia, but in Asia, North and Central America, the UK and Europe. 

We are currently an online store with our offices located in Pyrmont, NSW, Australia. Many of our products are available in pharmacies, podiatrists and specialty retailers Australia wide! If you want to have a look at a specific product then get in touch and we can give you a hand!

If you notice something wrong with your order once completed then just get in contact with us! If it hasn't been shipped then it's easy to fix. If it has already been shipped we'll still be able to get it fixed for you so get in touch today.

If our product is faulty or you are unhappy with your product, please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or return at our expense.

Change of Mind

We understand you might change your mind after purchasing, and we are more than happy to help as long as:

• We are contacted within 30 days of purchasing
• The item is in sellable condition (with packaging)

We will ask you ship the item back to us at 31/330 Wattle Street, Ultimo, NSW, 2007. Once it arrives, we will examine the item and process a refund/exchange.  

Please note, the cost of shipping for Change of Mind returns is to be paid by the customer.
