1. Where do you ship, how much is shipping and what is the warranty?
Shipping

Our subscription boxes are currently only available to our Australian customers. We ship to any location within Australia.

Our Pre-made Subscription Boxes and Custom Boxes that are valued at over $50 come with free delivery. For Custom boxes below $50, the following delivery charges apply.
- Standard: 2-7 business days ($9.95)
- Expedited: 1-3 business days ($15.00)
- Free shipping on all orders over $100: 2-7 business days
Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. What is the benefit?
Our subscription boxes are designed purely for your convenience and benefit. Through our boxes we can:
- Save you up to 35% on our products
- Get you free shipping on pre-made packs and custom boxes over $50
- Save you the hassle of having to manually re-order items once they run out - have regular diabetes supplies automatically delivered to your door with auto-payments.
3. Is there a lock-in contract?

No!

With our Subscription Boxes you are in control. Feel free to cancel or change your subscription anytime with your unique username and password.
4. Is there a cancellation fee?

No!

Cancel, skip or suspend your delivery anytime you wish using your unique password and login. Our boxes are designed purely for your convenience.
5. Can I make my own box?
Yes, customers are able to create their own subscription boxes based on what they need. You are able to choose from a unique combination of the following products:
- Finger wipes
- Glucochews
- Pen Needle Pocket Container
- Lancets
- Diabetic Copper Socks
- Diabalm
- CGM Patches
6. Can I change my subscription after purchasing and how do I do it?

Yes, you have complete control over your subscription.

Once you register, you will be emailed your unique login for our Subscription portal. Through here you can manage products, skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription as you wish without contacting us.
8. How often do the Subscription Boxes get delivered?

You can choose whether you want the box to be delivered on a 1 month, 2 month or 3 month frequency. Each time a box is delivered you will be charged the subsequent amount.
