Thank you for these delicous recipes. There are several I would like to try. The chocolate balls FIRST 😋🤗🤗🤗. Initially I started to look tonight, Subday, as I am having catarsct surgery Friday afternoon 1st Sept.My plan is to have 3 Bel Vita breakfast biscuits, someone said I should have some protein. So, cobfused all over again ! I know you can’t give advice, so halving my long & short acting insulins. Fasting starts at 7.40am. Then 2 hours sipping clear liquids, then 2 hours of nothing.
