4 x insulin injection pens - either pre-filled or refillable pens (not incl.); or
15 x 3ml or 1.5ml cartridges (not incl.); or
6 x 10ml vials of insulin and syringes (not included.)

How to Use

12-Minute Immersion: Soak the inner pouch with crystals in cold water for 12 minutes to activate.
Ensure Even Distribution: While soaking, evenly spread the crystals throughout the Glucology Pen Pouch.
Drain After Soaking: Remove the pouch and let it drain for 5 minutes on a flat surface.
Gently Dry: Pat the pouch with tissues or a towel to remove excess water.
Insert Medication: Place your in-use insulin or medication in the pouch once it’s mostly dry.
Re-immerse as Needed: Re-immerse every 36 hours or sooner if the gel returns to crystal form.
Quick Activation for Continuous Use: For ongoing use, soak the pouch for 2-3 minutes to maintain cooling.
Dry Storage: Store the Glucology Pen Pouch in a dry place when not in use.

Care Instructions

When not in use, remove the inner pouch from the outer cover and allow it to dry out naturally until the gel returns to its crystal form. To keep the crystals separate, gently shake the pouch when drying. The drying period can take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the bag and the climate.

Please Note: Pens must be at the manufacturer's recommended temperature before being placed in the Glucology Cooler Bags. Please check the manufacturer's information inserts for your specific medication.

Not great

The 4 pen pouch came with me on an 8 hour flight and it was not cool at all by the end. Would have been 10 hours total. Advertising it keeps medication cool for up to 36 hours seemed a
stretch but I thought it might keep it cool for atleast 10 hours. Waste of $45.

Practical

Excellent and useful for Diabetics who travel

I am very happy with the product, however there is a flaw !!! The colour on the pen pouches all run and stains everything. I wonder if this has been brought to your attention, and if there has been any improvement in the current product.
