Formulite Lupin soups are very high in fibre (7-10g/serve) and for this reason we recommended adding them to your diet gradually, starting with a few per week and then building up to one per day.

How do I prepare Lupin Soups?
Place 1 sachet or 2 scoops in a mug or bowl with 250ml of boiling water.
Use a spoon to scoop up the lupins as they like to rest on the bottom of the bow/mug
