How many bars can I eat in a day?
The number of Formulite bars you can have per day will depend on your goal. To use Formulite for pre-bariatric surgery or rapid weight loss, replace three meals per day with a meal replacement bar or shake combined with low calorie snacks.
For an LCD (Low Calorie Diet) replace two meals per day. As a tool to maintain weight loss and optimal health, replace one meal per day.

Yes – Formulite protein bars are batch tested for gluten. About Lactose - No, the typical amount of Lactose is approximately 2 grams per bar (65g serve).
