Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. What is a diabetic sock?
Diabetic socks are socks designed specifically for people living with diabetes. Quite often, diabetic socks are designed without seams in order to reduce the chance of blistering.
In addition, these socks are also designed to control moisture in order to reduce the risk of fungal infection. Further, extra cushioning is added to prevent foot ulcers as good skincare and foot care is essential.

5. Are the socks uni-sex?
Yes, our socks can be worn by anyone with sizing available from 4-16. Sizes are available in both Men's and Women's.
6. What is the difference between Winter socks and Regular socks?
Our Winter socks are perfect for boots, work, slippers or on the go. The socks are made from the same copper-infused yarn as the Classic Socks, but are extra-padded for comfort and durability.
Winter socks are available in full-length which reach up to the calves, or quarter-length which reaches just above the ankle. Our Classic Socks by comparison reach up to the mid-calf.
7. Are the socks machine washable?
Yes, our socks are machine washable and tumble dryer friendly as long as detergents without silicon compounds are used (most household detergents do not contain these). Just do not bleach the socks.
8. What are the socks made from?
Our Classic socks are made of 56% polyester, 17% Cupron yarn, 14% cotton, 12% nylon, 1% Lycra.
Our Winter socks are made from 47% Cupron® yarn, 39% polyester, 13% Nylon and 1% Lycra.
9. Can these socks be work by people not living with diabetes?
Yes!
The broad-spectrum anti-microbial efficacy and skin enhancement properties of our socks can be enjoyed by all, in fact many of our team wear these socks everyday.
