  • 1. Where do you ship, how much is shipping and what is the warranty?

    We ship globally so how fast your order arrives depends on where you're located. See below for a guide to shipping times and costs.


    Within Australia:


    • Standard: 2-7 business days ($9.95)

    • Expedited: 1-3 business days ($15.00)

    • Free shipping on all orders over $100: 2-7 business days


    Shipping Overseas:


    • Standard (Tracked): 15-21 business days ($12.00)

    • Express (Tracked): 5-21 business days ($15.00)


    Warranty


    All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.

  • 3. How do I use the app?

  • 4. How do I connect my phone to the scales?

    1. Download the Glucology SmartApple Food Nutrition App on your smartphone using the QR found in the manual.


    2. Turn scales on using the ON/TARE button


    3. Ensure Bluetooth turned ON on your smartphone, then open the app. The application should then automatically connect to the scales, with any readings appearing on the app.

  • 5. Can I use the scales without the app?

    Yes, the scales can be used without the app, however it will only display weight on the built-in display. For nutrient quantities to be calculated, the app must be used. 

  • 6. My reading is inaccurate/incorrect - what do I do?

    For the scale to display accurate results, please ensure it is placed on a hard, flat surface. Also ensure results are being displayed in the unit you prefer - the display unit can be changed using the UNIT button on the scale. 

  • 7. What if my food is not in the database?

    The app allows for Custom Foods can be created, where you enter nutrient information. These foods can then be saved and used next time.


  • 8. What is measured?

    The scales measure weight as all kitchen scales do. On top of this, the SmartApple app can be used to further measure:


    • General - Calories, Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate, Sugar, Fiber, Cholesterol, Alcohol, Reinol


    • Minerals - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium


    • Vitamins - Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, E, Niacin

  • 9. Can I use the measurements on this scale to make medical decisions?

    No, this is intended to be a lifestyle app. Before making any medical decisions, we recommend you consult your local healthcare provider.
