We ship globally so how fast your order arrives depends on where you're located. See below for a guide to shipping times and costs.

Free shipping on all orders over $100: 2-7 business days

Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. Why Glucochews?
Glucochews' unique combination of Sucrose and Dextrose provides fast acting glucose in comparison to other sources.
3. When should I have them?
Feel free to have them whenever you need a quick energy boost. For sports and physical: take chews 15 minutes before 30 min activity for an energy boost.
4. How many should I have?
How much you should have depends on your individual situation. Chew 1-4 as required for a quick energy boost - each chew contains 3.8g of glucose.
5. Do I need a prescription?
No, our Glucochews do not need a prescription to be purchased and consumed, however we always recommend consulting your health care practitioner for any changes to your diabetes management.
6. How many calories in each chew?
Glucochews are low calorie, with each Glucochew containing less than 15 calories, (< 64 kj).
7. Are there any storage requirements?
Store Glucochews in a cool and dry place, keeping them below 30 degrees Celsius.
8. Do they expire?
Glucochews are suitable for consumption for 24 months after manufacturing. The manufacturing month can be found on the tube, above the barcode. Add 24 months (2 years) to the manufacture date to determine month of expiry.
