I love this case. It holds everything my son needs: 2 vials of insulin, an insulin pen, syringes, alcohol swabs, sticky notes & writing pen, test strips, lancets, glucometer, everything. And the case is firm and sturdy. It also doesn’t have any mesh pockets which trigger my trypophobia. All the other cases I looked at have mesh pouches and they make my skin crawl.
The only thing that would make this case perfect would be room for an ice pack for days at the beach or amusement parks. I just put it in an insulated bag with an ice block. Otherwise, it’s really amazing a very well-designed product.
Order 1 size smaller than you think you need the material stretches and will sag uncomfortably if you do not. It's machine washable, comfortable to wear and invisible to everyone. I find this much better than a belt clip because I do not bump into things with it ever. Also it more securely hides the insulin hoses. I have 2 so I can wash one while using the other.

The pouch for the pump is a little too tight/small and it's hard to read the pump face through the mesh
The case has not got the room in the bottom tray not deep enough for our medicine and with all the pockets we can not rip it up.

Why hasn't it got a joiner, I am old so I have to climb into it or get over my head.
The velcro to secure pump is not user friendly, can't see my machines screen through the mesh.
I used the chart to get my size and it's to big.
