We ship globally so how fast your order arrives depends on where you're located. See below for a guide to shipping times and costs.
Within Australia:

Expedited: 1-3 business days ($15.00)
Free shipping on all orders over $100: 2-7 business days
Shipping Overseas:
Standard (Tracked): 15-21 business days ($12.00)

Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. Is this belt right for me?
Our belt is designed for day to day use, sleeping and light-exercise. It is designed to be comfortable and easy to use for the user so it can be worn for long periods of time without hassle.
Our belt can be used for a range of day to day and moderate exercise, however it may not be as effective for rigorous exercise and activities. Our use of a Velcro strap instead of a zipper serves to increase comfort, however does sacrifice security of the pump when used for heavy exercise and activities.
3. What size is right for me?
The following size guide can be used when deciding which size belt to purchase:
Please note however, our belts are stretchy and flexible so a smaller or larger belt can we worn for a tighter or looser fit.
4. Will my Insulin Pump fit in the belt?
The belt is designed to be universal, fitting most insulin pumps. The dimensions of the mesh belt pouch is 17cm x 5cm, however it is made from a stretchy material so can fit larger insulin pumps.
5. What is the belt made of?
The belt is made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex. It is elasticised to give the belt its comfortable and flexible stretchiness.
6. What are the washing instructions?
Hand wash the belt with mild soap. Do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron.
