Free shipping on all orders over $100: 2-7 business days

Standard (Tracked): 15-21 business days ($12.00)

Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product is faulty or you are unhappy with your item, reach out to our team and we will replace the product, arrange a refund or provide store credit.
2. Should I get the Plus or Classic Case?
Our Classic Size Case is a slim and compact option allowing you to organise your daily supplies in one space. Perfect for short trips, simply grab and go! It fits 2x insulin pens, alcohol wipes, sharps containers, glucose meter dextrose tablets and more!
Our Plus-size organiser has all the convenient features of the Classic and more! It features a separate top and bottom compartment so that you can store bulkier items including insulin pump and CGM supplies, snacks, an additional 6 insulin pens, and more. The perfect travel companion for long trips.

3. Does the case keep items cool?
No, unfortunately our protective travel case does not keep contents cool. However, for temperature sensitive items such as Insulin additional cooling compartments are available, please see Glucology Insulin Cooling Pouch
4. Is the case durable?
Yes!
Our cases feature a protective and hard shell to shield all delicate accessories from impact, especially when on the move. It provides a stylish way to carry your diabetes supplies on the move.
5. Does it fit an ice pack?
Our Plus Size Case will easily fit an ice pack, which can be used in combination with insulin pens and vials to keep them cool, however this is NOT included with the case.
Our Glucology Cooling Pouches can also be used, providing an effective, reusable cooling compartment which does not need ice!
6. Is the case waterproof?
The case will protect against water, however if it is immersed in water, contents will get wet as water can enter through the zipper.
