4 x injection pens - either pre-filled or refillable pens (not incl.); or
15 x 3ml or 1.5ml cartridges (not incl.); or
6 x 10ml vials or syringes (not incl.).

What's included:

Outer cover; and Inner pouch made up of panels containing crystals (non-toxic and non-flammable).

How to Use

Soak the Inner Pouch: Immerse the inner pouch containing crystals in cold water for 12 minutes.
Even Distribution: Ensure crystals are spread evenly inside the Glucology Pen Pouch during soaking.
Remove and Drain: After soaking, remove the pouch and place it on a flat surface to drain for 5 minutes.
Dry Gently: Use tissues or a towel to gently dry the cooler bag.
Store Medication: Once mostly dry, place your in-use insulin or medication in the cooler bag with the activated pouch.
Re-immerse Every 36 Hours: For continuous cooling, re-immerse the pouch every 36 hours or sooner if the gel starts to return to crystal form.
Quick Re-immersion: When in continuous use, re-immerse in water for 2-3 minutes to refresh the cooling effect.
Store When Not in Use: If not in use, store the Glucology Pen Pouch in a dry place until needed.

Care Instructions

When not in use, remove the inner pouch from the outer cover and allow it to dry out naturally until the gel returns to its crystal form. To keep the crystals separate, gently shake the pouch when drying. The drying period can take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the bag and the climate.

Great product

I’m thrilled with this product which in my case was NOT purchased for insulin but for travel sickness medication. It is dispensed in 10ml syringes and I can fit 5 , side by side , in this tasteful little cold pack .

Right size for just a couple of days going away as I only had larger cooling packs.

Doesn't work

Doesn't work, didn't keep insulin cool, pouch left sticky residue all over insulin pen. If I could rate this a zero I would. Don't waste your money.

Cooler wallets

Ordered 1 small and 1 large - received 2 small plus a packet of Glucose chews. Will use on next travel so can’t report on efficiency.

Not cold enough

Bought for overseas trip but was far too small and far too warm for insulin. Had to go to plan b and take a last minute cooler bag with ice bricks. Will look for another alternative. Also thermometer reader has dropped from 100% charge to 50% in less than 24 hours and keeps dropping connection from app. Supposed to last 12 months… massive waste of money for what we required it for.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet because it arrived while I was away on holiday but it looks ideal for my needs when I go away again in a couple of weeks! It is a very attractive case

Very unhappy with the cooling wallet

Unfortunately i have not been at all happy with this product. It seems to stay as a gel form all the time and does not stay cool. Luckily it was ok for the flight to NZ but while travelling around I have had to revert to ice packs and a cooler bag to keep my medication from getting hot as I am not game to use the gel pack after the finding it wasn’t cool after the last attempt using it. Very disappointed!
