      Glucology cooling pouches are crafted to keep your insulin and GLP-1 injectables at the ideal temperature for up to 45 hours. Unlike traditional cooler bags that need batteries or ice packs, Glucology Pouches activate simply by immersing them in cold water. They are reusable, just re-immerse in cold water to refresh. Lightweight and compact, they fit perfectly in any backpack or bag, making them ideal for active lifestyles. Available in various sizes and colours.       Storage and Dimensions

      4 x injection pens  - either pre-filled or refillable pens (not incl.); or
      15 x 3ml or 1.5ml cartridges (not incl.); or
      6 x 10ml vials or syringes (not incl.). 

      Dimensions of the Inner Pouch

      260mm (Long) x 101mm (Wide) 

      What's included:

      Outer cover; and Inner pouch made up of panels containing crystals (non-toxic and non-flammable). 

      How to Use
      1. Soak the Inner Pouch: Immerse the inner pouch containing crystals in cold water for 12 minutes.
      2. Even Distribution: Ensure crystals are spread evenly inside the Glucology Pen Pouch during soaking.
      3. Remove and Drain: After soaking, remove the pouch and place it on a flat surface to drain for 5 minutes.
      4. Dry Gently: Use tissues or a towel to gently dry the cooler bag.
      5. Store Medication: Once mostly dry, place your in-use insulin or medication in the cooler bag with the activated pouch.
      6. Re-immerse Every 45 Hours: For continuous cooling, re-immerse the pouch every 45 hours or sooner if the gel starts to return to crystal form.
      7. Quick Re-immersion: When in continuous use, re-immerse in water for 2-3 minutes to refresh the cooling effect.
      8. Store When Not in Use: If not in use, store the Glucology Pen Pouch in a dry place until needed.
      Care Instructions

      When not in use, remove the inner pouch from the outer cover and allow it to dry out naturally until the gel returns to its crystal form. To keep the crystals separate, gently shake the pouch when drying. The drying period can take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the bag and the climate.

      So far so good.

      As a volunteer firefighter, I need to have something that I can use to keep insulin cool for long periods of time (12+ hours) used the cooling pouch once so far on a day deployment strike team, and it seems to work quite well. Delivery was a few days late, but not a big deal.

      Not my favourite colour!

      I was sure that I ordered a blue bag but received a red one instead, which I don't really like.The red is very 'blood-like'. I haven't used the cooling bag yet, but it looks like it is well made and good quality.
