Last Tuesday, we had the opportunity to join the team at Chemist Warehouse New Zealand for an OTC (Over-The-Counter) training session focused on strengthening pharmacy knowledge, improving patient support, and expanding awareness around diabetes care solutions.
Supporting people managing diabetes goes beyond having the right products available, it also relies on ensuring pharmacy teams feel confident, informed, and equipped to guide customers in their everyday choices.

With CGM patches now available across all Chemist Warehouse stores in New Zealand, the focus shifts to ensuring customers not only have access to the product, but also receive the right guidance when they need it.

A big thank you to the Chemist Warehouse New Zealand pharmacy teams who participated in the training session. Your engagement, questions, and openness made the session highly valuable.
We’re looking forward to continuing to support pharmacy teams and improve access to practical diabetes care solutions across New Zealand.
