A. All products include a minimum 12-month warranty. If faulty, receive replacement or refund (less shipping/handling). Some items offer 2-5 year coverage—contact us for specifics on your diabetes supplies.
Q. What is the change of mind return policy?
A. 21-day returns on unused products in original packaging. Exchange for different model (we adjust price difference) or full refund. Perfect for sizing copper socks or testing insulin cooler bags.
Q. How do faulty product returns work?
A. Contact us first—we'll arrange replacement/refund. For review, return to: PO Box 162, Pyrmont NSW 2009. We cover faults under warranty; you cover return shipping unless defective.

A. Once received and inspected (average 2 business days), refunds process within 3-5 business days to original payment method. Store credit issued instantly if preferred for faster re-ordering.
